Why We Started Urban Sun Capital

For years, we balanced demanding 9-to-5 careers while diligently building a personal real estate portfolio of long- and short-term rentals. We learned firsthand what it takes, and what it costs in time and stress.

Now we dedicate our full time and expertise to commercial real estate, helping other busy professionals achieve the same financial independence we did, passively and on institutional terms.
