Before we open up our active offerings, we love to start with a brief introductory call. It’s a great way for us to understand your investment goals and timeline, and it helps us establish the relationship needed to share private placements. Ultimately, we want to make sure our strategies align so we can build a strong foundation of trust together.
Invest
When you’re ready, review exclusive, fully-underwritten opportunities through your Investor Portal and invest passively as a Limited Partner, on your own timeline. We’re a serious operator: our contracts are drafted by attorneys, and every deal is held in its own legal entity (an LLC) in which each investor is a part owner. That ownership is what lets you receive the tax benefits that come with directly owning real estate.
Earn
Once you’re invested, we handle acquisition, management, and execution end to end. You collect regular distributions, typically quarterly, though the cadence can vary by deal, along with detailed quarterly updates on how the property is performing. And once a year, we work with you to prepare your K-1 for tax reporting.
From your first call to your year-end K-1, you’ll always know exactly where things stand.
