If you submit any information, feedback, or other materials to us through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate such materials for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, take additional measures to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically for the latest information.

Messaging Terms & Conditions

Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Urban Sun Capital again, just sign up as you did the first time and Urban Sun Capital will start sending messages to you again.

If we include a link in messages we send you from Urban Sun Capital, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.

You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number, unsubscribe using the link included in our messages (if one is provided), or notify us of your old number at adavila@urbansuncapital.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.
